"Vase de Coeur (Vase of the Heart)"

1999, 14.5" x 13" x 7"

This "vase," second in a series, was constructed with cotton and 18 Ga. copper wire warp and weft. This artwork won First place in the 1999 Air Force Artists-Craftsmen contest in the Textile Art category (Major Command--U. S. Air Force Academy) and was sent to compete in the Worldwide Level competition as well.
